Hello Rachel,
Tuesday, Jan. 5 is your first day back at school.  You first class is English/Language Arts with Mr. Carr.  While you are waiting on class to start or maybe even between Class Connect sessions, be sure you work on your Cursive writing assignment that you will see below.

Cursive Writing:
Directions:  Write the following in cursive in your cursive writing notebook:

Today is January 5, 2016.
Adjective modify and or describe a noun or a pronoun.  An adverb modifies a verb, adjective or another adverb.  Most adjectives and adverbs have three degrees of comparison:  the positive, the comparative, and the superlative.
