Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016

Hello Rachel,
Today is Tuesday, January 19, 2016.  Some things that you need to get into a routine of doing in the mornings are: pull up covers on bed, straighten up things in room, brush hair and teeth, wash face, get dressed.  These are good thing to get into a daily routing of doing.

Another thing I really need you to do is to clean out dishwasher, and put away your clean clothes in your room.

You need to work on class connect sessions.

ELA - 8:45

Science - 10:00

Math - 11:15

Murmur Gail will come a pick you up after you CC sessions at 12:30.  Be sure and check to see if you have an Art CC added or a WIN session, etc. added to you schedule.

In the afternoon you will need to work on OLS sessions, USA Test Prep assignments/videos/performance tasks, etc  (for ALL subjects).  Also, any SI videos.

Art:  Finish putting art prints in notebook.  Go to page 24 in you student art lesson book.  Take a look at the print "Mother and Child" as directed.  Read directions.  You have already started creating a drawing.  In Step 1 it says to create/draw a frontal view of yourself and also draw a three-quarter (see pg. 30 to see how to draw this) view of yourself. This means you would draw 2 pictures of yourself total.  Carefully read all of Step 2 on pg. 25.  Then on to pg. 26 - read Step 3.  You can add color using something other than paint.  See tip at top of pg. 27.  Keep working by moving on to Step 4 and 5 on pg. 27.  See checklist on pg. 28.
Do OLS lesson 2:1

EXTRA:  Read at least 2 chapters in "A Wrinkle in Time" OR 2 skinny books
Cursive assignment - see clipboard on your desk.
Science - Quizlet Flashcards - Go to the website and do these.
Go outside when you get a chance for about 15 min. and practice baton.
